Support is tailored to you, with a focus on creating a space that feels respectful, calm, and empowering. Sessions are available via telehealth, as walk-and-talk sessions in a suitable outdoor setting, or in a mutually agreed location where appropriate.
My Approach
My approach to counselling is grounded in empowerment and mindfulness, supporting each individual in a way that feels safe, respectful, and personalised.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, and mindfulness-based techniques. Sessions are adapted to meet the unique needs of each individual.
